Once again, President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Campaign are full of it. This time they are saying that pledge delegates in caucus states should be discounted.
Bill Clinton:
"Right now, among all the primary states, believe it or not, Hillary's only 16 votes behind in pledged delegates," said Bill Clinton, "and she's gonna wind up with the lead in the popular vote in the primary states. She's gonna wind up with the lead in the delegates [from primary states]."
"It's the caucuses that have been killing us," he added.
Big blue states, winning states that Democrats have to win in 2008, electoral votes, states with proud African-Americans, states that Jessie Jackson has won, states that Republicans are going to win in 2008, small states, caucus states, states with white working class Democrats, states with Hispanics, latté states.
What will be the next spin coming out of the Clinton Campaign? Is the Clinton Campaign going to try to unseat Obama’s pledges delegates he won in caucus states at the Convention?
In the article, Clinton’s advisers concede that Hillary Clinton will not be able to catch Senator Obama in the total number of pledged delegates. Which mean they have to use ‘the’ Math, just like Karl Rove, to claim victory.
